These terms apply when you use airedlinedocs.com or order services from AiRedlineDocs, a product of AI Narada, LLC ("we", "us"). By ordering services you agree to them.
The service
We audit technical documents against the templates and standards you provide or agree with us, return a list of defects found, correct documents, and translate them. The scope of each order is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Pricing and payment
You can pay as you go at US $0.90 per page, plus a one-time Discovery & Setup fee of US $100. Or you can subscribe. The Monthly plan is US $9 per month and includes 100 pages per month; unused pages do not carry over to the next month. The Annual plan is US $90 per year and includes 1,000 pages per year; unused included pages roll over to the next year [while the subscription remains active — confirm any cap or expiry]. Discovery & Setup is included with both subscriptions. On either subscription, pages beyond the included amount are billed at US $0.07 each. Each language version counts as its own pages; for example, a 3-page document delivered in three languages is 9 pages. Your first defect report on one document is free. Technical support
Technical support is included free with Monthly and Annual subscriptions. Pay-as-you-go orders do not include technical support.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to share the documents and artwork you send us.
- You remain responsible for the final content you publish. We flag safety, compliance, code and legal language for your review rather than changing it on our own, and you must review and approve that language, and all translations of it, before release.
- You are responsible for confirming product dimensions, part counts and technical specifications against your engineering sources.
Artwork
We correct and typeset artwork that you or your vendors supply. We do not create product geometry from descriptions, photos or sketches.
Confidentiality and ownership
Your documents and the corrected versions we deliver belong to you. We keep your materials confidential and use them only to perform the work. We may describe the type and volume of work in anonymized form unless you ask us not to.
